COLLECTOR’S FIELD GUIDE
Ratings & support
Quick answers for your next collection.
How do ratings and reviews work?
Sign in and choose 1–5 stars in an available rating panel. A comment is optional and can contain up to 2,000 characters. You can edit or delete your own review and see its pending status before it is public. Public visibility and rating totals follow moderation. You cannot rate your own public content.
Why do I still see the original language?
The interface supports English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and French. Community content keeps its source language. Eligible text can receive a machine translation; the original stays visible while translation is pending or unavailable. When a translation is ready, use the original/translation switch to compare. Machine translations can be inaccurate, so refer to the original when details matter.
How can I get help or send feedback?
Open Contact, choose your question or feedback type, and explain what you need. Bug reports can include expected and actual results. Reply email and sanitized page/browser details are optional; review exactly what will be sent. After submitting, keep your reference and private access code to follow replies in the case. Beta support is reviewed manually without a guaranteed response time. Email collatlas@collatlas.com is also available. Use Report content for safety concerns and the dedicated copyright process for image rights. Never include passwords, sign-in codes or private proof.
